Mix More and Get it Right
How to mix different prints?
Using prints is certainly a matter of attitude and of good eyetoo. People use to think it is a difficult trend to master, but actually it becomes much easier if you know some good tips to combine them. In this fall-winter season, animal print, flowers, stripes and polka dots will rule. Here are four basic rules to take into account and be able to mix the prints perfectly in one look:
1. Never use more than two prints at the time.
Do not mix two different patterns at once!! The other clothes you use must be neutral.
2. Beware of colors!
Prints must have the same range of colors, this is one of the key points for a perfect mixed print look. It is important that both prints have at least one or two colors in common.
3. Use stripes
Stripes are the perfect way to start mixing different prints, because it is very easy. For example, they can go with flowers or with animal prints. Stripes go well with almost everything.
4. A subtle accessory
A great option to venture out with this look is to take into account accessories as a fashion statement. If you are not that bold, start by using an accessory that has some pattern. For example, if you have striped trousers, you can use some animal print booties, a plaid jacket can go with with a dotted scarf or a striped clutch. Mixing accessories can give that perfect touch to your look!
Dare to be creative and different with this fun trend!! Until next time!
